How do I use my membership plan for my treatment?
When making an appointment, please let us know you're a member and specify which plan. When you come in, we’ll apply your discounts to your care as needed.

Can your membership plan be transferred to another dentist?
No, our plan memberships are only applicable to Quest Dental.
